Compare the annual terms, not an assumed discount

We do not have a currently verified fixed annual price for either provider. Oyster advertises annual discounts, while Remote’s current pricing screen shows a monthly rate. Request written annual proposals if available and compare unused capacity, renewal and refund treatment.

Run a useful two-provider evaluation

  1. Send an identical brief. Include country, role, compensation assumptions, work arrangement, start date and expected headcount.
  2. Get the employment package. Review the draft agreement, benefits options, named employer and operating responsibilities.
  3. Reconcile the money. Separate salary and employer costs, service fees, deposits and currency charges.
  4. Walk through an exception. Ask how a payroll error, delayed funding or an employee departure would be handled.

How to choose between the proposals

Choose based on confirmed eligibility, a complete budget and a workflow your team can run. When a cheaper quote leaves a requirement unresolved, mark it as unresolved instead of assuming it is included. When the proposals are equally workable, service fees and commercial flexibility become easier to compare.

We do not award an overall winner from public pricing alone. The better fit depends on the actual employment arrangement and the terms each provider is prepared to offer.
